Our home is located in beautiful neighborhood. We love our view. House has 3 bedrooms ( two bedrooms have king beds and one bedroom has two queen beds), also have two futons in living room that can be used as full size beds. This home was remodeled by my husband and me and were constantly adding new ideas to it. however, we do not tolerate any kind of wild parties that include hard liquor or smoking. absolutely no smoking in the house the wood in house will peneteate the smell.

Enjoy the resort-like getaway right in town. 5 min to shopping, restaurants. Only 10 min to downtown. Unit is pet friendly ($49).

The Lodge at Pythian Park

Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. This is one half of a duplex (behind green door). It is the larger half, as it has an extension, which houses the den/tv room. I renovated the house myself. I am too in love with it to ever let it go. This duplex has two floors, so you have to be able to handle stairs. It has a half-bath downstairs and a full one upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other a full bed, and there are two full-sized futons. This house has lots of color.

Platts 'Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
