GSP and Spartanburg less than 30 minutes away, Greenville and NC mountains less than 45 minutes away, and just ten minutes from either exit 35 or 28 on I-26. BMW, Michelin and other manufacturing plants are less than 30 minutes away. Start your day with coffee on your private deck and after a long day you can enjoy a dip in the shared pool (pool open Mid May - Mid Sept.

Beach access and 2 SUP are available but PLEASE ask us before you go on the water- our lake association requires an owner be present when guests are in the water. The ramp to the porch and private entrance as well as the handrail in the bathroom makes the home handicapped friendly. Situated in a 3+ acre gated compound surrounded on three sides by Fairforest Creek, our guest house feels like a mountain hideaway yet it's only a 3 minute drive to downtown Spartanburg. Enjoy the private patio overlooking the creek to relax or prepare a meal on the gas grill. Dogs are welcome, and we have 2 very social dogs that you will probably encounter during your stay. There's ample parking for vehicles and room to roam and enjoy the park-like setting.
