Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with satellite TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Perla del Tirreno公寓

Rilassati in posizione centrale a 5 m a piedi dal mare e a 10 dalla stazione, appartamento molto luminoso ed esposto all'aria, situato al terzo ed ultimo piano di una tranquilla palazzina, vicinissimo per lo shopping e la ristorazione disponibili nella nostra bellissima passeggiata a mare dove vi sono bar, ristoranti, supermercati e molto altro. Vicino alla stazione e alle fermate dei bus per poter fare escursioni nelle bellissime città di Lucca, Pisa, Firenze. Appena ristrutturato e rinnovato.

We are right next door, so we will be neighbours. The houses are separated though and you will have complete freedom, with the advantage of having someone nearby. Restored in 2021, the property is a farmhouse from the late 1800s, in an area that not so long ago was countryside and is now a peaceful area of the city. Alongside the rustic wooden beams and red bricks are an external area and a spacious lounge and dining area. Comforts such as air conditioning, wifi and private parking are included.

Our trendy beach town apartment is open for rental this summer. Beautiful, modern, comfortable holiday home for one big or two small families. We are offering our much loved 80m2 second floor flat with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, studio, large living area, kitchen and 4!! terraces. The building is also freshly renovated, situated in a very nice neighbourhood only 800 meters from the beach. All amenities in walking distance. High speed wifi and parking place for 2 cars in the courtyard included.
