Enjoy a stylish retreat in an updated 2 bedroom townhouse adjacent to SPAC. There's 1 full bathroom and 2 half baths. A 5 minute walk gets you to the gate at the SPAC amphitheater to see your favorite show. A 5 minute car ride gets you to downtown for unique shops and restaurants. The horse track is only 3.5 miles away. Bicycles are available to explore the area. If you choose to stay and relax at the townhouse, we have a 4 person hot tub, grill, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living room.

IHL is also located right off the main snowmobile trail system for winter enthusiasts who like to ride and 15 minutes from McCauley Mountain for all you downhill/cross country skiers. We offer weekly rentals from December 1st-March 31st for our winter rental season.
