Built following the natural slope of the neighboring rice fields, this gorgeous property is characterized by a mix of contemporary interiors and Balinese design elements, and enjoys spectacular views of the surrounding garden, rice fields and ocean.
The white duplex villa, designed by renowned architect Ross Franklin, is set in lush tropical gardens. Its air-conditioned bedrooms feature 5* king-size hotel bedding and linen, as well as luxurious indoor-outdoor bathrooms. The villa is designed to be family friendly.
Our gorgeous tropical garden is dominated by a 16 meters lap swimming pool. This space will be accessible to all villas’ guests and is the perfect place to unwind and share an amazing time with family and friends.
The villa's living area is an airy open space extending into a private pool deck. It's overlooking a private plunge pool, has a lounge with L-shaped sofa, a dining table for 6 and a fully equipped kitchen complete with proper cooking equipment, gas stove, microwave and water dispenser.
On this same level the villa features one of the bedrooms, with king size bed, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom featuring a terrazzo bathtub and outdoor shower.
The upper floor hosts a spacious suite opening to a lovely terrace with beautiful view, equipped with sun bed and parasol. This suite comprises a king size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, a lounge area fitted with sofa, chairs and LCD TV. The luxury en-suite bathroom features bathtub and tropical shower. In a separé you’ll find a large daybed that can sleep another adult or two kids.
The rooftop of the villas boasts two beautiful balé (traditional wooden hut with grass roof and cushioned daybed), from where to enjoy the amazing panorama over the ocean, the volcanoes and the lush green rice paddies.

BREAKFAST
Our villa butlers serve a tropical breakfast every morning that includes fresh fruit, coffee & tea, milk, a fruit smoothie, cereal/musli, toast, lovely condiments and your choice of eggs or pancakes, bacon or chicken sausage. Also a plate of tomato, cucumber and onion slices to build your own sandwich. The breakfast is included for regular rate bookings (US$180 net per night up) and is subject to a small extra charge for other bookings.
IN-VILLA MEALS / COOKING SERVICE
Our butlers are happy to prepare any dish for you from our villa menus or order in for you from local restaurants.
Between 11:30 and 3:30pm everyday you can order small dishes from our snack & smoothie menu.
Alternatively book our butlers excellent cooking service for a great home cooked, family style meal. All you have to pay is your groceries bill and a small cooking fee (15US$) for our butlers. (one day advance notice)
AIRPORT PICK UP / PRIVATE DRIVER
Airport pick up or drop off can be arranged (on request). Our villa driver can be booked for a shuttle service into neighbouring areas like Canggu and Berawa for shopping, dining or nightlife. Half or full day tours across the whole island are possible as well at reasonable rates with friendly and reliable drivers.
IN-VILLA SPORT & WELLNESS SERVICES
Upon booking and for extra cost the following services can be arranged for you: private yoga sessions, personal training, in-villa massage and spa services.
Guests will have full access to one duplex unit as described above. The private plunge pool creates a completely private pool villa experience.
The large 16 x 4 meter lap pool in the garden is shared with the other unit, if occupied / rented separately.
The duplex property consists of two units identical in layout and design. It can be rented by one party as a large 4 suite space, sleeping up to 10 people. Great for groups or friends or families to stay together while still having some privacy. Please see our other listing.
Our two villa butlers, Eva & Evi will take great care of you. They will not only keep the house and prepare small dishes from our snack menu, they arrange food delivery from local restaurants, help you to hire a motor scooter at a low daily rate, book our driver or call a taxi for you........
They also offer extras like a fantastic cooking service or you can book them to do baby sitting for you (both subject to extra fees).
Me and our local management company are just a phone call away should you require help outside our butlers working hours.
The villa, surrounded by rice paddies, sits in a lush garden at the end of a small access road. It's a short walk to a family restaurant with sea view, to beautiful Kedungu Beach, and the rural village. Kedung Beach is great for surfing with board rental & school and the newest addition is a horse riding stable that offers rides on the beach. We're also neighboring Tanah Lot with it's awe-inspiring Temple and busy market, a must see for Bali. The heart of Canggu is within easy reach by car.
Best to get round in Bali is to hire a motor scooter. With about 5US$ per day it's a cheap way to get around, our staff is happy to arrange this for you.*
Most convenient is a private, air-conditioned car with driver to shuttle you to shopping, dining or day trips around the island. A half day costs US$30 and a full day US$43. We are happy to make arrangements for you.
