Marina Waters is a 3 bedroom house sleeping up to 7. A private child safe garden front & rear. 2 queen & 2 single bed. A sofa bed is available on request. Both bathrooms were completely renovated in 2022. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, laundry with washing machine. Reverse cycle air-conditioning / heating. Free WIFI and a Blueray player. Relax with this family and outside pet friendly house which has a fully enclosed yard. With 3 bedroom's, 2 with queen beds and 1 with double. Good size lounge, fully equipped kitchen with large outdoor undercover bbq area. The grass area is great for the kids to play on and the outside pet. An open-plan area has reverse cycle air conditioning , wood fire and opens to the balcony via sliding doors. The house is located just minutes walk and drive to the CBD and local beach and restaurants.

A perfect base for the whole family or group of travelling friends to explore the wild Eyre Peninsula region, whilst unwinding in a cozy space with plenty of vibe. With a huge undercover front deck overlooking Boston Bay and across to the National Park - sunrise coffee never looked better. Add in a back entertaining patio, front and back garden, lounge and pool table room - the real question is which entertaining area is your favourite! Our home is set on a an acre in beautiful Rustlers Gully, overlooking Boston Bay, this home will accomodate a large family or two. The yard is fully fenced, providing a secure area. There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.
