This modern apartment, located in the heart of Montevideo’s best neighborhood, Pocitos, sits 3 blocks away from the city’s most beautiful and trendy beach in a building that was constructed in 2008.
Fully furnished, it’s modern and uncluttered comfort will provide for an exceptional vacation rental experience for any rental (day-by-day to monthly).
Within two blocks, you will find all needed services and culinary options: supermarkets, gas stations, laundry and dry cleaners, hair salons, cobblers, restaurants, cafes, a movie theater are a few of the many neighborhood treasures available to you.
Your security is of the utmost importance, and the building is guarded with a 24-hour security guard, and monitored with several closed-circuit cameras. This guard, commonly known as a “portero,” serves the tenant with whatever may be needed – directions, taxi service, local advice and more – with tremendous courtesy and friendliness.
