Meditate with Trees&Crystals in a historic Botanical Garden

Meditate with me Trees & Crystals in the “Orto Botanico Giardino dei Semplici di Firenze”. We will meet in front of the Museum of Geology and Paleontology, via la Pira 4, walking towards the Giardino dei Semplici, where we will leave the urban environment to immerse ourselves in nature. Here we will be surrounded by Monumental Trees and beautiful botanical species. We will practice a guided meditation with Crystals and the sound of Crystal bells under special trees, each time a unique experience. You will receive a Crystal as a gift to support your connection with Nature, facilitating the therapeutic effects of meditation. I will also provide you with a small notebook to write down the sensations and thoughts that emerge. At the end, we will share the reflections together. My goal is to help you achieve a deep calm and improve concentration and mental clarity, generating a widespread sense of relief. We will connect with Nature and the Trees of this unique and special place. In particular, starting to have a deep connection with the Trees is an important means to reach that balance with Nature, which is increasingly necessary.

The course consists of a theoretical and a practical part. Topics include history of perfumery, ingredients and their origin, production techniques, step-by-step creation of the EAU DE PARFUM, olfactory pyramid, alcohol dilution and bottling. You will take home a 30 ml bottle of custom made Eau de Parfum , its formula and reference material. Test your olfactive Artistry and create your very own Eau de Parfum or Reed Diffuser. I am a perfume expert and I will welcome you in a dedicated classroom into the laboratory store.

Plongez dans la peau d’un parfumeur le temps d’1h30 avec un choix parmi 82 essences et bases en concentration parfum faites sur mesure à Grasse permettant de créer un parfum unique sur formule numérotée et enregistrée afin de pouvoir le recommander. Vous commencerez par une explication du parfum et de la pyramide olfactive et des notes qui la compose. Ensuite vous devrez sentir et sélectionner toutes vos essences préférées pour les notes de tête , de cœur et de fond. Et c'est à partir de ce moment là que vous commencerez à travailler votre parfum avec l'expert olfactif en réglant chaque essence de chaque note afin de trouver votre combinaison idéale . A partir de là une formule en millilitre sera établie avec soin et composerez votre parfum à l'aide de pipiettes graduées. (Un ajustement sera toujours possible avant la mise en flacon) et vous aurez également la possibilité de personnaliser votre flacon avec une étiquette dorure à chaud. Vous pouvez aussi décliner votre formule dans un lait de corps BIO. Un Bar à parfum est également disponible pour faire une création de 30 ou 50 ml en 20 min. You will practice Yoga (Vinyasa Flow). Vinyasa represents the connection with breath and movement. Through the sun salutations, we will flow into both easy and challenging asanas; I strongly believe in adjustments and assists. During the practice, you will have space also for Pranayama (breath tecniques) and meditation. After the yoga class, you are welcome to join our light and fresh breakfast under the olive trees. If you would like to stay longer, you can enjoy the private spot on the rocks for a swim or just relax. Here at Villa Giulia you can enjoy the new four elements: Yoga, Wind, Sun and Sea :) Other things to note If you never tried yoga before or if you are an experienced practicioner, this experience will be perfect for both of you! All levels are welcome.

We will meet next to the Dome and from there go to our location where we'll spend three hours watercolor painting and diving into a world of colors and tones. I'll show the fundamentals of watercolor painting as we paint one of Florence's most iconic and beautiful sight together. If it’s first time with watercolours we'll start doing a few exercises to figure out what watercolours are about and how to use them. If you are already in touch with watercolours we’ll start right away getting the image down on paper and enjoy the many tones of colours. Watercolours are perfect for beginners and no prior experience is needed to create something beautiful right away. I'll be next to you during the whole session with useful tips on composition, color mixing, light and shade etc. My way of teaching is very individual so we'll start from your level and go step by step. Don't hesitate to join the course even though it's already booked by others - it is fun and inspiring to paint in a small group and very much a plus value.
