Located in the center of the “Ichan Kala” fortress, you can walk to all the sights. Very clean and comfortable, lovely neighborhood with markets, cafés, restaurants nearby. We can arrange transportation to/from airport or train station and there is 24/7 reception to assist. Our triple room has a private bathroom with comfortable bed, A/C and WiFi. We provide towels and basic amenities. Hair dryer and iron are available on request. Breakfast with homemade bread is included.

Our guest house located in the historical center of the Khiva city (Ichan Khala). 1 minut walking from main sightseeings (Kalta Minor, Ota Darvoza, Juma Mousque). Our Guest House is 300 years old building, and we have all the facilities you will need comfortable rooms (all of them equited with bathroom) Wi-Fi, delicious breakafast etc. Also we are providing transfer from and to Airport, Railway station.We would be very happy to see you in our Guest House
