Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. The small house is quietly situated in the forests of Jämtland. There is a paved path on the property for a walk. You can also find a jetty to the lake with a scenic beach for taking a bath in the summer or for cross country skiing, ice skating and ice fishing in the winter. Extensive hikes or bike tours are also possible here. There are many great things to discover in the surrounding nature. We have a boat, SUP Boards and a fishing set to rent.

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live in a cottage area. It is close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , fiber Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Välutrustat kök med ugn, spis, kyl/frys och mikrovågsugn. Eget badrum med dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin/torktumlare. Parkering precis utanför huset med plats för ca 3st bilar. Tillgång till brygga och gräsytor vid vattnet. Endast 4.5 km till Härnösands centrum med bra gång- och cykelbanor. 3.8 km till Svartviks havsbad.

Härligt vardagsrum med braskamin och matplats med utsikt mot vattnet. Fräscht badrum där det finns schampo/balsam/duschkräm. Stor altan med utsikt mot inloppet till Skatan, sol hela dagen. Solsängar. Stor inglasad del med matmöbel. Grill. Egen gräsmatta för utelek. Sällskapsspel, böcker och utomhusspel finns.

There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or rent our bikes.
