2B San Marco Antica Residenza Teatro La Fenice

Travel back in time to a traditional Venetian apartment on a typical Venetian street in the heart of San Marco district. It boasts sumptuous furnishings and sophisticated chandeliers throughout, framed by exposed wooden beams. This magnificent typical Venetian apartment is on the first floor (2nd US) of a typical Venetian building. Only 16 steps to access the main entrance. It has been completely renovated with an air conditioning / heating system and a home automation system. You will have at your disposal two rooms (one with a double bed and one with two twin beds), two bathrooms with shower, sink, toilet and bidet, an open kitchen and a sitting area. In each room and in the lounge area we have installed a television with Netflix. You will have at your disposal the house linen for your stay, oven and microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, windows with double glazing, window shutters, Venetian marble floors, security door, a safe with code, a storage for suitcases. Very quiet apartment, only one couple lives on the first floor. You will have a complete access to the whole apartment. I remain available by mail and message during all the booking process and during the whole stay. I do not live in Venice (but not far) and a friend of mine will welcome you when you will arrive and will also be available throughout your whole stay. The apartment is located a few steps from Sant'Angelo square & Campo Santo Stefano, both great places for an ice cream, a tasteful Spritz or a coffee. Just a few steps from Teatro La Fenice, 10 minutes from the San Marco square and Basilica. When you will arrive at the airport Marco Polo, you will be able to arrive at the Sant'Angelo stop - 3 minutes walk from the apartment - in 1 hour boat drive. Just one bridge to cross with the luggage. From the Train Station you will be able to take a public boat which will take you through a very nice 30 minutes boat ride on the Grand Canal ! From both the Train Station and the Airport your can also book - and we can arrange that for you - a private water taxi. Don't hesitate to ask. This is a family apartment we love but my husband, our two children and I moved in a more quiet location close to Venice. We love this house and often have the family over. We are happy to share our home with you and ask you to keep in mind that we are sharing our own family house.

Venice Cà d'eau - Amazing location perfect for 4!

This beautiful apartment is located 5 minutes from typical area of the Jewish Ghetto. Perfect for an immersive experience in the life of Venice, you can easily come by walk if you arrive by train, Santa Lucia Train Station is just 15 minute. You have a water bus stop just at 50 meters from the apartment, very convenient if you arrive from the airport or if you take a tour to Murano or Burano. You can reach the Rialto Bridge with a 20-minute walk and then continue your visit to San Marco Square

My Home is located in a very quiet Campiello in Sestiere Santa Croce,only 6 minutes walk from the train station and Piazzale Roma, a few steps from Rio Marin and Campo San Giacomo dall’Orio.Nearby you will find markets for daily shopping,typical Venetian taverns and cafes.The apartment, which has just been renovated,is located on the mezzanine floor of a very characteristic pre-19th century building.Although it is only 45 square meters,it is well distributed and with all modern comforts.

Residence on the Laguna

An entire apartment of 120mq² with a Venetian style decor and an amazing canal view from all the rooms in the apartment. Situated on the 2nd floor, the apartment has 2 large bedrooms each of them with a private bathroom and shower. It has a spacious living area with a beautiful view of a venetian canal where gondolas pass all day and a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. Every room in the apartment has AIR CONDITIONING. Last but not least the apartment has FREE WIFI.

Dans le Palazzo Muazzo, dans un Palais 17ème, un appartement entièrement refait à neuf, de 120m2 : 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un bureau, 6 m sous plafond par endroit et des poutres, au 5ème étage, avec ascenseur (rare à Venise!!!). Vue d'un côté sur l'église San Giovanni Di Paolo, de l'autre sur un Rio plein sud. Situé tout près du centre dans un quartier calme authentique qui a gardé le charme vénitien et d'un supermarché avec une vue magnifique sur San Michele et la lagune.

Newly refurbished and spacious apartment right in the heart of Venice, only a few steps away from Piazza San Marco, with lots of bar and restaurants in the premises. Located on the first floor, the flat offers the special treat of a double bedroom with private bathroom and balcony, facing one of the most suggestive canals of the city, where you can admire the passing of gondolas and other traditional boats. The apartment is ideal for couples and families, and it's pets friendly.

La Grancevola is a gorgeous apartment with balcony

This apartment was lovingly restored in 2018 for our friends and family to stay in (we live about 1 minute away) and when they are not visiting we offer it through airbnb. Situated in one of Venice's most charming districts this beautiful apartment offers a comfortable and private stay. We have lived in Venice for 15 years and have a hand book in the house which includes our favourite places to eat, drink and see. We hope that you will come and love the city as much as we do.

Iron è un appartamento elegante e moderno di 55m2, che si trova in un edificio degli anni 60 completamente ristrutturato. Idealmente situato a pochi minuti in macchina da Venezia e a soli 8km dall' aeroporto internazionale Marco Polo, comodo ai servizi di bus e tram (le fermate sono a pochi metri). Villa Anna is a 10-minute bus ride from the historical center of Venice. The area is quiet and peaceful, you can relax when you return home after spending a day in the charming and crowded Venice. The apartment we offer is elegant and very spacious (140 square meters). It has been renovated and furnished with care in June 2016!
