Spacious, just renovated design studio in the green district near to river side and beach, just in 3 stops on metro to historical center. Apartment with superb location: on the green island connected with mainland by bridge, is in 1 metro stop from Hydropark which is the main spot in the city for recreation with its beaches abundance of restaurants and night clubs. In 3 stops there is a sanctuary of Kiev : Lavra with its thousand year old churches and Contemporary art center. In 4 stops there is the main promenade of the Ukrainian capital Kreschatik and the square of Independence. Metro trip costs just 15 cents!
