We are a 15 min drive from historic Clifton, and about a 40 min drive from Waco- where Magnolia Silos and Heritage Village are located. Our close proximity to the lake allows you easy access to a boat ramp, swimming, fishing, tubing, boating, cliff jumping, and just enjoying the water. Come- Rest, relax and unwind!

The open-concept kitchen and living room is space to gather, with two glass doors leading to breathtaking lake views. Enjoy shuffleboard in the main area or hangout by the fire-pit in the evening!

The Farm at Shady Acres is located 12 miles from Waco, only 20 minutes from downtown Waco and the Magnolia Silos and 15 minutes from historic West, Texas. Shady Acres offers an 1100 square foot one bedroom home with two queen beds, one bath and a large open concept living/kitchen/dining area. The Farm at Shady Acres is perfect for all Baylor sporting events and activities, fans of Fixer Upper, workshops at Homestead Heritage, Westfest and any and all Waco events.

Two free public boat ramps are within five minutes of the house. Located 10 minutes outside of Temple and across from Ft. Cavazos provides great shopping and dining options. Watch the Baylor Bears win in their stadium, which is a 45-minute drive from the property. The state capital of Austin is about an hour down the road.
