This newly renovated condo is located within a 5 minute walk to Coral beach, one of Grand Bahamas nicest beaches. There you can enjoy the sand, go for a swim or stop in at the restaurant for some local fish and a nice cold beverage. Allamanda court is also located within a 15-20 minute walk to Port Lucaya where you can find local shops, bars and restaurants. For those who enjoy golfing, The Reef golf course is close by. Should you choose to stay close, the pool on-site is a great way to relax

The Stone Gate Villas are each beachfront with 1,350 square feet of living space which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen, wrap-around porches, French doors and numerous windows to let guests enjoy the views and ocean breezes. For guests traveling by private boat, we suggest arranging dockage at Blue Marlin Cove (1/2 mile). We can arrange transportation to the marina.

For boaters there are deep water slips available for lease and the docks are only minutes to the turquoise Bahamian sea. Scarborough is Bahamian canal living at its finest and a must see if you are looking for tastefully designed condominium with boat dockage and centrally located.

Our place is right on the beach, the very best location in a small community of exclusive villas spaced out in sub-tropical gardens. The property is very well-appointed with everything you need, situated 15 minutes from the airport and 10-15 minutes from Freeport/Lucaya with anabundance of shops, restaurants and many attractions. Golf courses, scuba diving, nature reserves, swimming with dolphins, cycling & jeep tours etc., are all located within 20 minutes drive.
