Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. 5 minute drive to Lake Davis and mountain bike trails . Creekfront studio attached to workshop. Hangout by the firepit on the creek below an aspen grove . We have 3 acres and a couple short trails to enjoy. 10 minutes to downtown Portola which has the Railroad Museum, a riverside disc golf course on the wild and scenic Middle Fork Feather River with excellent trout fishing.

河景/池景公寓

One bedroom one bath apartment over shop. Quiet with breathtaking views of pond, mountains and Spanish Creek. Access and full use of Spanish creek. Newly constructed- so built in cabinets and some infrastructure to come.... NO TV/INTERNET at the moment. Well maintained dirt road entry. 18 minutes to Bucks lake summit and 5 minutes from downtown Quincy.
