Beautiful, well equipped, private, self contained, accessible Annex/Bungalow - conveniently located between Bath & Bristol. The train station is approx. 5 mins walk from The Annex - so you can be in either Bath or Bristol in 10 mins. The Annex backs on to Ashton Way Car Park and is just a 1 minute walk to the high street - which offers a variety of bus routes, shops, restaurants, cafes, Takeaways, Pubs/Bars , Library, Leisure Centre & Memorial Park (which boasts sports courts & playgrounds).

It's finished to a high spec and has both en-suite bathroom and well equipped kitchenette as well as high-speed broadband, high quality bed linen, desk and ample clothes storage. There is off street car parking included. We are based in central Bath with the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the city centre only a 10 minutes walk away. Please note that it is STEPS ONLY access to the property.

Similarly we are close to the airport and can arrange airport travel if needed for £15per trip . Barbecue and hot tub is for all guests. Similarly you have access to the shared bathroom and kitchen and dining area off the patio in the main house. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishwasher, double oven, grill and 2 fridges.

A stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Stone throw from all the shops and restaurants. Located next to the historic steps which lead down to the Artisan Area of Walcot street. Landrace bakery is at the bottom and serve freshly made bread and pastries and now a cafe and bar. There is a outside space perfect for summer evenings. Open plan living, with all the mod cons. A super kingsize Bed in the main room and a small double bed in the back room.
