After a welcoming coffee, juice, or tea, we'll share the story of our family and introduce you to the breed of sheep we have, which differs from the usual one. We'll demonstrate our traditional method of producing handmade organic sheep cheese, ricotta, and butter.
You'll have a tour around the farm, allowing you to see and interact with all our animals: sheep, lambs, goats, horse, dogs, cats, and chickens. You'll also have the opportunity to visit the cave, built in an ancient kiln, where we mature the cheese, and see our family's seasonal vegetable garden.
At the end of the tour, you'll have the chance to taste all our types of cheese: fresh, semi-aged, and aged (approximately one year old), as well as butter and ricotta. If the weather permits, the tasting can be conducted outdoors, either in the paved courtyard in front of the garden or on our new terrace, which is built on the roof of the ancient brick kiln and overlooks the surrounding fields and woods. In case of inclement weather, the tasting will take place inside our "Bottega," a salon converted from an old stable, where we also sell our products.
Please note that our cheese is not pasteurized, so certain individuals, such as pregnant women, should avoid consuming it. Additionally, please inform us of any allergies you may have before your visit.
