La terrazza sul mare🌊è un piccolo appartamento caratteristico appartenuto al mio tris nonno, situato nel pittoresco porto di Riomaggiore. Spiaggia, centro, ristoranti, stazione e traghetti sono a poca distanza. Luogo unico dove trascorrere mattinate a bere un caffè e le serate sorseggiando un vino locale, ammirando alba e tramonto in prima fila!🌅🍷 Spero porti fortuna alle coppie come fu per i miei nonni🥰 *Se siete più di 2 persone consigliamo l’appartamento a famiglie!Essendoci poca privacy.

The Villa was designed in 1932 by the most renowned architect of that time, Marcello Piacentini, and consists of two elegant apartments that can comfortably host altogether 10 guests. The property is located in Portovenere County and features an amazing, well furnished, 5000 m2 or 1.3 ac park, overlooking from a privileged position the open water of the Gulf of La Spezia . It also features 101 m or 300 ft of private coastline with private platforms and smooth access to the water.

La terrazza è adornata da numerosi fiori e piante e dispone di un tavolo sotto il patio e di sdraio. Situato a Castagnetola, il paese dei limoni, ai piedi delle Alpi Apuane. Parcheggio gratuito. In auto, si raggiungono il mare in 15 minuti e il centro di Massa in 7 minuti. Nel paese sono presenti tre ottimi ristoranti e un piccolo negozio di alimentari.
