Idéalement situé pour rayonner en toutes saisons en ski, randonnées, & cyclo sur différents massifs (Maurienne, Tarentaise, Val d'Arly-Beaufortain), ski St François Longchamp, les Sybelles, Saisies, Karellis entre 3/4 h et 1h15.Hameau résidentiel calme. Coteau sud. Très bon confort. Chaleureux cachet montagnard. Large balcon-terrasse avec vue dominante sur la vallée.

Chalet Sorbier

A luxury chalet close to skiing and walking trails with amazing views in a quiet location. In winter, the locality is a white zone allowing skiing from the door. Ski-in is possible for intermediate/advanced skiers and depending on conditions. Otherwise there is a short walk of 300m from the Pracondu piste to the chalet. Relax in the Jacuzzi or sauna. Ideal for couples, families (with kids), and groups. The jacuzzi is refilled on changeover days and may still be heating on your first night.

Situé à flanc de montagne, dans le hameau du Biolley, le chalet profite d’une vue dégagée sur les alpes et les villages en contrebas. Ce chalet a été totalement rénové en 2013 sur la base d'une ancienne écurie. Afin d’optimiser les espaces, les accès se font par des escaliers pentus. De tout confort, ce chalet se situe à 10 minutes de voiture de la station touristique de Champex-Lac et 18 minutes de La Fouly. L'emplacement est idéal pour des activités pédestres et touristiques.

Salle de detente avec spa et sauna a moin de 100m. Déconnexion totale du quotidien.
