With sunset views in one direction & the peaks of the Southern Uplands in the other, enjoy the panorama or sit by the River Cree, which crosses our land. Relax in the wood fired hot tub, sauna & plunge pool (extra fee applies). 10 mins from Loch Trool, mountain bike trails, wild swimming spots & hiking routes, guests are perfectly placed to explore this unspoilt region.

The dark sky town of Moffat is close by with lots of cozy pubs, restaurants and beautiful walks. The perfect location for walking, bike riding, fishing, golf and exploring the beautiful surroundings. The apartment neighbours a 14th Century Abbey and a prime salmon fishing river. We are located opposite the Abbey Arms pub if you feel the need to quench your thirst or enjoy a game of pool! *Please note - we do not supply logs for the log burner, although can arrange at a supplementary fee. Netherthird is a stunning detached farmhouse set in a wonderfully elevated position, with the most glorious views of the surrounding Galloway Hills. Netherthird was fully renovated in 2020 and has been lovingly furnished to ensure a truly comfortable and welcome family retreat. There is an amazing barbecue hut, with charcoal barbecue and ample seating, perfect for enjoying with friends and a glass or two of wine. Relax in the large hot tub taking in the clear dark skies at night.

A traditional coach house and stables, The Coach House has recently been beautifully refurbished. From kitchen to bathrooms, loos and laundry room, everthing is fresh and new. It is spacious but cosy and the living area comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Dogs are welcome and there are good facilities for cleaning and drying them after a good walk. Set in the heart of the Galloway countryside, the house stands alone by a small loch with an island and a boat.

Our beautiful country cottage is on the banks of the Scaur River, where you can relax, enjoy a retreat from the hustle bustle of everyday life and have a glass of prosecco in the hot tub. There are endless walks in all directions from Penpont, by going to the end of the garden you can wander into the hills without seeing a soul, enjoying peace and tranquility. Please note we do not accept hen/stag gatherings in this property.
