We welcome you to stay in our new self contained suites and hope you will find the accommodation comfortable and to a high standard. We are also dog friendly, if you want to bring your dog please let us know. There’s a small charge of £10 per dog, payable on arrival. We are near to the English/Scottish Border, Lake District and only 10 minutes from the Hadrian's Wall path, making us a prefect base for a get away or stop off. Also we are only 5 mins from the M6 from Junction 44.

The annex is adjoined to our home, but boasts it’s own entrance and porch completely separate from our house allowing you full privacy during your stay. The annex also comes with off street parking for one medium sized car on our gated driveway.
